We are a community-based mentoring organization empowering unemployed youth and women for employment, entrepreneurship and leadership through locally relevant training, coaching & mentorship. We envision a world where every unemployed youth and woman is empowered to work, enterprise and lead. To this end we work with youth and women job seekers, entrepreneurs, creatives, leaders and the SMEs and organizations they build and lead.
As an employment, entrepreneurship and leadership ecosystem enabler with offices in Kitale, Kenya our primary focus is on growing successful youth and women led social enterprises in the North Rift Region in Kenya and supporting unemployed youth and women find decent work for sustainable impact.
We practice a global multi-sector partnership approach which involves working with governments, multilateral organizations, civil society organizations, and the private sector, to achieve the SDGs.
We are sector agnostic with thematic areas focusing mainly on skills development, capacity building, knowledge sharing and the creation of an enabling environment for youth and women entrepreneurs and leaders and their enterprises to thrive.
