Through our programs, youth and women develop entrepreneurial mindsets and acquire essential employability, leadership, and digital skills. As a result, they secure decent jobs or launch scalable and sustainable social enterprise startups.
These startups, in turn, create limitless opportunities for themselves and others, generating new jobs, businesses, and sustainable transformation that positively impacts their communities and countries.

We have worked with more than 3500 youth through our various training bootcamps, mentoring and coaching platforms, motivational forums and speaking invites.
We have graduated 15 cohorts consisting of 12 students averagely through Activate Mentorship Program, our flagship project.

We have organized 3 entrepreneurship and startups bootcamps and supported 10 youth led startups through our incubation and entrepreneurship programs.
We have provided job/internship matching opportunities to 18 youth.
We have hosted 5 talent challenges and helped launch 8 young creatives into the creative economy as content creators with 1 fully monetized YouTube and TikTok channels
We have hosted 3 Leadership & Business Networking Forums, 1 specially dedicated to Women in Leadership and Business.
We have hosted 2 annual Talanta Creatives Award Gala celebrating and awarding over 30 different categories of creatives from Transnzoia County.
We have capacity built for more than 50 corporate, public and civic institutions through team building, motivational speaking and corporate management training and consultancy.
We have built a digital learning platform to skill youth and women (www.activehub.ke)
